At Diving Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Equipment

    Securely place the unused items and all original tags into a shipping box, ensuring delicate instruments like dive computers are well-padded.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
